Responsibilities
- Maintenance and replacement of components on existing systems and performance of fault analyses for rapid restoration of production capability.
- Optimization of robot systems in our modern Robflow no-code programming interface – from re-teaching positions to process adjustments based on your findings.
- Remote support for customer systems, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and assistance with technical issues.
- Proactive process evaluation for early detection of potential malfunctions, as well as collaboration with product development and solution engineering—your feedback is crucial for improving future systems.
Requirements
- Technical expertise: Highly proficient with computers and software -> work with our innovative No-Code robot programming software
- Object-oriented programming background is a plus
- Training in automation technology, e.g., as a mechatronics engineer, electronics technician, mechatronics technician, or a comparable qualification.
- Practical experience and passion: Initial experience in commissioning or maintaining automation solutions or similar technologies—and enthusiasm for innovative technical challenges.
- Mobility and customer focus: You have a driver's license, enjoy traveling – up to ~ 70% throughout the US – and love supporting customers on site.
- Structured approach to work: Precise documentation and clear communication are a matter of course for you.
- Team spirit and problem-solving skills: You enjoy working with different departments and find pragmatic solutions that comply with standards or set new benchmarks.
