Scope of Job

• Support for ITS systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair of energy storage systems
• Provide technical consultation and product support to technical and commercial counterparts
• Communicate customer feedback to Engineering and Sales teams
• Perform fault isolation and troubleshooting
• Ensure excellence in all operational areas

Requirements

• Relevant experience in field engineering & services in electrical power equipment or energy space
• Experience with industrial electrical equipment and work
• Demonstrated ability to exceed individual performance goals and work with engineering & sales personnel
• Self-directed, highly detail-oriented, organized, and flexible
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, & Excel)
• Willingness to work with customers
• Willingness to work overnight shifts, when necessary
• Willingness to work holidays/weekends, when necessary

Desirable

• Degree in technical field such as EE, ME, or Computer Science/Engineering
• Knowledge of detailed requirements of a broad range of utility-scale battery applications
• Knowledge of detailed requirements of renewable energy inverter and DC-DC converter operation and maintenance
• Demonstrated accomplishments in customer-focused problem solving

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Outdoor work in high-heat conditions
• Standing, walking, carrying, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Working in a high-voltage environment
• Wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) for safety
• Travel to customer sites and supplier facilities

Compensation

• Salaried, non-exempt position
• Salary range: $67,600 - $83,000
• Hourly rate: $32.50 - $40.00/hour for calculating overtime wages
• Salary commensurate with experience and expertise
