Field Services Technician

Responsibilities
- Provide desktop support for end users both remotely and in person
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and software in Windows-based environments
- Support Microsoft technologies including Windows 11, Office 365, Outlook, and Active Directory
- Perform imaging, deployment, and system setup for end-user devices
- Handle software installations, updates, and general application support
- Provide basic network troubleshooting and connectivity support
- Manage and track incidents using a ticketing system
- Support device inventory, migrations, and equipment lifecycle processes
- Deliver excellent customer service while building strong relationships with end users
Qualifications
- Strong experience in desktop / technical support or help desk environments
- Proficiency with: Windows 11, Microsoft Office 365 (O365) and Outlook, Active Directory
- Experience with hardware troubleshooting, imaging, and deployments
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (such as ServiceNow or similar)
- Basic understanding of network connectivity and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to lift and carry equipment and work in various physical environments as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise-level environments
- Exposure to Exchange, mobile device support, and printer troubleshooting
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Prior proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

This is a Contract position based out of Frankfort, KY.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Requirements Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
