• Developing and implementing innovative solutions in collaboration and workspace innovations, cybersecurity, data center and cloud services, AI and data analytics, and managed services.
• Working closely with clients to understand their needs and implement tailored solutions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
• Continuously learning and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in IT or related field.
• Strong understanding of networking, collaboration and workspace innovations, cybersecurity, data center and cloud services, AI and data analytics, and managed services.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.

Qualifications

• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Knowledge of data center and cloud technologies.
• Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.
• Experience with managed service delivery models.
