Field Services Supervisor (Company Van Provided)

Responsibilities

• 80% Field Management (People & Standards)
• The "Jefe": Ensure Spanish-speaking day laborers are working hard, respecting the job site, and following safety rules.
• Logistics & Transport: Make sure crews arrive at the site on time and return safely.
• Cultural Bridge: Understand and motivate the team to produce high-quality work while maintaining discipline.
• Quality Control: Walk the site to verify work matches office-provided photos and instructions, and enforce corrections if necessary.
• 20% Warehouse (Inventory & Organization)
• SOP Enforcement: Ensure the warehouse is clean, tagged, and organized according to office standards.
• Check-In/Check-Out: Manage equipment check-ins and check-outs, ensuring tools are returned and lost items are accounted for.
• Fleet Standards: Keep trucks clean inside and out, and ensure they are stocked according to the checklist.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish (Read/Write/Speak).
• Experience managing hourly teams in Retail, Restaurant, Staffing, or Hospitality.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours based on project needs.
