Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and connectivity issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled service
- Install and configure new equipment
- Maintain organized car stock and accurate service documentation
- Partner with dispatch and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Average 4-6 scheduled service calls per day within your assigned territory
Qualifications
- Experience in field service or office equipment repair is preferred
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Networking and troubleshooting experience preferred
- Commitment to customer service
- Desire to learn and grow professionally

Requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings

Schedule
Field Service Technician positions are available in the Central Illinois territory, which includes Springfield, Bloomington, and Peoria. Travel to SumnerOne's St. Louis office for training is covered.
