Field Service Technician - Industrial Equipment

About the role

The Field Service Technician - Industrial Equipment is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to customers in the industrial equipment sector.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to industrial equipment
• Maintain and repair machinery and equipment according to manufacturer specifications
• Document work performed and communicate status updates to customers and supervisors
• Travel to customer sites as needed to perform service calls
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance or similar field
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Skills

• Knowledge of industrial equipment and maintenance practices
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
