Field Service Technician III - Data Center Power Systems -Texas
About the role
Under the supervision of the Field Service Manager, the Field Service Technician III – Data Center Power Systems provides field support for PSI-powered standby and mission-critical power products, primarily diesel standby generator sets, with expanding support of natural gas, dual-fuel and future data center power platforms. This is a home-based, travel-intensive role focused on onsite commissioning support, remote and onsite troubleshooting, and field quality investigation and containment. The Technician is PSI’s onsite technical representative to packagers, EPCs, service partners and end users, and is responsible for resolving field issues quickly while feeding accurate technical and failure data back to PSI Quality, Engineering and Technical Support. The assigned territory is the South Central and Southeastern U.S. (TX, LA, GA and surrounding states), with additional travel throughout North America as requested.
Pay
Pay Range: $43.00 - $47.00 per hour + overtime
