Field Service Technician I
Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Service, upgrade, and perform preventative maintenance on various types of equipment such as coin & currency equipment, ATMs, software, and specialized office products located at client sites in the Denver area.
- Work in coordination with branch sales and other service team members to satisfy client needs.
- Address customer service requests within specified contract response time.
- Participate in extended hours coverage periods and 'On-Call' duty as needed.
- Safeguard and maintain a balanced vehicle stock parts inventory.
- Keep company issued vehicle clean and in good condition, including scheduled service intervals.
- Safeguard any company issued assets including tablet computers and mobile phones.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of working in Technical/Field Service position or similar technical profession.
- Impeccable Integrity.
- Strong electromechanical aptitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Personable, approachable, and able to work easily with others at all levels.
- Strong attention to details - able to proof and prioritize work.
- Proficient in iOS, MS Office applications, and Windows OS.
- Able to set and track goals independently, initiate and follow through on assignments without coaching, and work proactively as a team player.
- Able to commit to and meet project deadlines.
Physical Requirements
- Available for periodic travel to corporate office for training classes.
- Able to lift, push, or carry a minimum of 50 pounds such as large money counting machines and parts.
- Stand for long periods up to 75% of the time while servicing some equipment.
- Hand and wrist dexterity needed for tasks like turning screwdrivers and placing parts.
- Phone or desk work about 10% of the time for computer work, bench repair work, parts stocking, tracking service calls, and setting up appointments.
