Field Service Technician/ Driver, CDL B
About the role
We are hiring a Field Service Technician/Driver with a CDL B for our location in Charleston, WV. This position involves driving and servicing industrial equipment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain appropriate driver's license, medical card, and endorsements
- No more than two (2) traffic convictions or a combination of one (1) traffic conviction and one (1) at-fault accident in the last 3 years
- No driving while under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance within the last seven (7) years
- Must be able to work in a drug-free environment
- Able to regularly lift 75lbs and move more than 125lbs with the aid of material handling equipment
- One (1) year of CDL driving experience in the last 5 years or proof of a certificate of completion from trucking school completed in the last 5 years
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL or B CDL with HAZMAT, tanker & Airbrake endorsements
- No more than two (2) traffic convictions: OR two (2) at-fault accident in the last 3 years; or no more than a combination of one (1) traffic conviction and one (1) at-fault accident in the last 3 years
- Must be able to work in a drug-free environment
- Able to regularly lift 75lbs and move more than 125lbs with the aid of material handling equipment
- One (1) year of CDL driving experience in the last 5 years or be able to provide proof of a certificate of completion from trucking school completed in the last 5 years
Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift Certification
- Pallet Jack Certification
- Experience with CO2 or any specialty gases
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Availability to travel up to 50%
