Field Service Technician (Augusta, GA)

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, perform service, troubleshoot (preventive maintenance, safety checks, corrective actions, upgrades and refurbishment) on the following equipment: Forklifts, Knuckle Boom Cranes, Loaders, Liftgates, Hooklifts, Skiploaders and Hoists in line with Manager's instructions
• Follow applicable safety rules, agreed working practices and environmental requirements
• Stay up to date with technical developments as shown in internal service bulletins and complete technical courses when instructed by District Service Manager
• Respond to customer's queries and concerns to maximize customer satisfaction and follow Hiab Customer Satisfaction Guidelines
• Keep adequate records, maintain documentation and submit daily reports in the format specified by the District Service Manager
• Recognize sales opportunities and communicate to District Service Manager
• Coach/tutor junior colleagues and trainees as necessary
