Field Service Technician

About the Role

A Field Service Technician installs, repairs, troubleshoots, and services water treatment equipment at residential and commercial locations. This role ensures proper product functionality, follows safety protocols, and provides technical support and training to customers. The position involves local travel, working in various environments, and handling physical tasks such as lifting heavy equipment and working in tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Install and service water treatment systems
• Test, troubleshoot, and ensure equipment operates correctly
• Communicate effectively with customers and provide technical guidance
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
• Operate service vehicles safely and adhere to safety standards
• Train customers on system use and maintenance

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean record
• 1-2 years of service or repair experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand and power tools
• Strong customer service, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 100 lbs
• Able to pass background and drug screenings, and maintain physical capability
