Field Service Technician $5k Sign On Bonus
About the role
The Field Service & Logistic Technician will be responsible for conducting safe and efficient field service at customer sites, including mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and addressing safety issues. Supports seamless operations by staging service parts, managing inventory, and verifying shipments. Maintains warehouse organization and ensures accurate stock records, contributing to a safe and productive work environment.
Responsibilities

- Usually works with direct supervision but can work independently if needed
- Some travel required (5%-20%, overnight stays, away from home)
- Driving requirements: Driver Application for Employment, Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), Driver Disclosure and Release, Employee Applicant Drug and Alcohol Statement, Copy of Driver’s License, Copy of Medical Certificate (if applicable)
Qualifications
- Education Requirements: HS diploma or equivalent
- Experience Requirements: Ability to obtain all required customer clearances as needed (TWIC, DISA, etc.), Ability to obtain DOT Medical card, Clean driving record, Work experience preferred (0 to 2 years of technical work experience, 1 year preferred)
- Skill Requirements: Electrical, mechanical, diesel experience depending on business unit, Work without direct supervision, Technically sound, Experience with Microsoft Office including smart devices, Must have customer service experience, Demonstrates critical thinking and troubleshooting ability, Synthesizes technical information and communicates it clearly, Derives insight from customer experience to produce outcomes and solve moderately complex problems often in novel and unexpected ways

Pay
The estimated pay range for this position is $44,100 to $70,600. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location.
