About the Role
Scientific Games is hiring field service professionals to address customer needs related to lottery machine service, break-fix, installation, and preventative maintenance. No prior lottery industry experience is required. We prioritize equipping our staff with the tools and training to complete jobs efficiently and effectively, ensuring a customer-first focus.
Responsibilities
- Provide an uncommon customer experience using your technical skills.
- Communicate the value of our services and match products with customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Solve customer challenges the first time, owning the resolution process.
- Address equipment and communication concerns, new installations, and preventative maintenance needs.
- Identify customer lottery care needs and make service recommendations.
- Prepare and analyze reports to identify product failure trends and serviceability issues.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency.
- Understanding of and experience with troubleshooting computer software and hardware technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with proven technical and customer satisfaction abilities.
- Ability to promptly respond to customer and management requests and feedback.
- Proven self-starter with motivation and strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong judgment and problem-solving skills to determine cost-effective repairs/resolutions and minimize customer downtime.
- Ability to lift, install, and move large self-service equipment (occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds).
- On occasion, climbing ladders.
- Pass a background check and maintain a clean driving record (no more than 3 speeding tickets in the last 5 years).
