Field Service Tech/Installer

Responsibilities

• Professionally greet and interact with business customers.
• Fish water tubing through walls and ceilings as needed.
• Complete assigned installations, explain system functionality, and answer customer questions.
• Perform service routes efficiently.
• Communicate with supervisors, customer service, and team members.
• Complete necessary paperwork.
• Follow proper safety procedures and use company equipment correctly.

Requirements

• Accredited high school diploma, business or trade school, or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Computer proficiency, including MS Office and Excel.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 100 lb; work at elevations up to 35 ft with a safety harness.
• Ability to work independently and assertively ask questions when needed.
• Plumbing experience preferred.
• Experience installing and servicing commercial beverage and ice systems highly preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Physical requirements: lifting/pulling up to 100 lb, ascending/descending ladders, working in confined spaces, and using hand and power tools.

Pay

Hourly wage commensurate with experience ($20 to $25 per hour).
