The Field Service Technician will be responsible for repairing and maintaining heavy equipment across various job sites.

Diagnose and repair a wide range of heavy equipment issues, including complete machine overhauls and minor repairs.
Order and install necessary parts to complete repairs.
Document work orders and track repair progress using Anderson’s systems.
Maintain safety protocols and comply with relevant regulations at all times.

High school diploma or equivalent with a two-year technical degree or comparable military training.
At least 5 years of work experience in heavy equipment repair and maintenance.
Proven working knowledge of equipment operations, mechanical functions, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Proficiency with computers and diagnostic software provided by manufacturers.
Ownership of adequate hand tools.
A valid driver's license, with a CDL preferred.

Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various types of heavy equipment.
Must adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
