About the role

The Field Supervisors are responsible for overseeing and managing field operations, ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently. They also ensure compliance with company policies and adhere to all safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage field operations, ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and adherence to all safety regulations.
• Train and mentor team members as needed.
• Resolve issues and conflicts among team members.
• Prepare and submit reports on field activities and performance.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Must have a valid security clearance.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
