Field Service Supervisor, Midland TX
About the role
Full-time team members support field operations, including torque turn graph interpretation, thread inspections, laser tally pipe measurements, equipment preparation, maintenance, and field delivery. This hands-on role involves using tools, operating a forklift, and ensuring all work meets strict QHSE standards.
Roles include a rotating 24-hour on-call schedule and require strict adherence to company QHSE policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Interpret torque turn graphs
- Perform thread inspections
- Conduct laser tally pipe measurements
- Prepare and maintain equipment
- Operate a forklift
- Deliver or pick up equipment per customer requirements
- Perform routine maintenance and job staging
- Ensure all work meets QHSE standards
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- At least one year of industry experience (for field operations roles)
- Strong communication skills
- Dependability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
