Field Service Specialist (Bristol, PA)

Your Responsibilities

• Travel to job sites and perform field service repairs, updates, and troubleshooting for mobile bucket trucks.
• Use high degree of independent judgment to perform maintenance tasks as assigned by regional managers.
• Schedule work and move onto the next task without supervision.
• Communicate on mechanical issues and needed repairs to regional managers.
• Document daily service activities, including estimates, work order authorizations, part ordering, labor, and inventory documentation.

Your Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2-3 years mechanical experience or training with emphasis in bucket trucks.
• Up to 80% travel throughout the eastern seaboard, Monday through Friday.
• Strong computer skills with knowledge of Windows applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and a CRM system.
• Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and be resourceful.
• Must speak, read, and write English.
