Field Service Representative II (Warsaw IN)

Responsibilities

• Serve healthcare clients by delivering, picking up, and maintaining cutting-edge medical device equipment.
• Interface with customers daily to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Manage inventory of products, parts, disposables, and supplies.
• Clean, process, and quality control medical device equipment.
• Perform general housekeeping tasks and load/unload equipment in company vehicles.
• Attend training sessions and other business functions, including commercial air travel.
• Occasionally fill in for the Field Service Lead to ensure business continuity.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or higher
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a customer-facing or service-related field
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and participate in on-call duties
• Pass a fitness test as part of the Job Safety Analysis (JSA)

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher preferred
• Experience with medical devices and equipment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

The expected compensation range for this position is $51,120 - $70,290, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.

Schedule

May include up to 25% domestic travel.

Company Vehicle

This position requires driving a company vehicle. Candidates must pass a pre-employment and ongoing review of their motor vehicle history.

Additional Information

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
• Relocation assistance is not authorized.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at least two weeks prior to start date.
