The Field Service Representative is responsible for dispatching and managing field operations to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and manage field operations to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Communicate with customers to resolve issues and provide support.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Document all interactions and incidents for reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or related field.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
