About the role
The Field Service Representative is responsible for dispatching and managing field operations to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Dispatch and manage field operations to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Communicate with customers to resolve issues and provide support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Document all interactions and incidents for reporting and analysis.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or related field.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
