About the role

The Field Service Representative Dispatchable is responsible for dispatching and managing field service teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of customer requests. This position requires strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and manage field service teams to respond to customer requests promptly.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and resolve issues efficiently.
• Ensure all equipment and services are dispatched in a safe and professional manner.
• Document all interactions and incidents for reporting and future reference.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• At least one year of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with dispatch software is a plus.
