Summary
Advanced Technology Systems Company in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an experienced C-UAS systems or ISR FSR to support ATSC programs. The role involves developing manuals, working with engineering teams, and resolving product/service issues.
Essential Responsibilities
- Develop information necessary to publish Safety Manuals and Technical/User Manuals.
- Receive training as a Field Service Representative (FSR).
- Receive training in technical areas like electrical systems, communications, radio, cameras, IT networking, vehicles, mechanics, etc.
- Work directly with C-UAS engineers to support development, testing, and demonstration of C-UAS systems.
- Work directly with the Production team in assembling C-UAS systems.
- Work directly with Program Management providing assistance where needed.
- Resolve product or service problems by determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; as it pertains to the military field environment.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Identify and qualify new and emerging opportunities.
- Attend regular status meetings as directed to effectively communicate relevant project information.
- Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
- Communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in an applicable field of study or 2 years military experience with a C-UAS program as an Operator/FSR or Instructor (Instructor or Trainer certifications preferred).
- Experience within the DOD programs.
- Proficiency within Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Word.
- Self-motivated individual who can work independently or as a team.
- Confidentiality and company loyalty are a must.
- Able to interface with VIPs, personnel, international executives, and others.
- Able to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail oriented with strong follow through and organizational skills.
- Good writing, technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Background Investigation (BI) preferred; lack of an active clearance is not a disqualification.
- Must be willing to travel and work overseas. Approximately 50%.
- Must have Tower Climbing Certification or able to obtain one within 60 days.
- Remote work is not authorized for this position.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Regularly stand, sit, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs, talk, hear, and see.
- Must have the ability to lift 15-25 pounds.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Travel overseas may be required.
