About the role

At Vivint, you’ll be the face of smart home technology, installing cutting-edge systems and providing expert advice to customers. Our team is dedicated to making homes safer, more connected, and more sustainable.

Responsibilities

- Technical Excellence: Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems. - Consultative Sales: Evaluate customer homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements. - Customer Education: Train homeowners on using their new system to protect their families. - Growth: Benefit from consistent coaching and leadership training to advance within our national organization.

Requirements

- A Sales Mindset: Experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales is a plus. - Customer First Attitude: Ability to build rapport with diverse customers. - Technical Aptitude: Experience in cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful but not required. - Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs, climb ladders up to 14 feet, and work in confined spaces.

Schedule

- 4-day work week (4/10 schedule, includes Saturdays).

Pay

- Base Salary Range: $24.81 - $27.65/hr

Qualifications

- Valid Driver’s License and Good Driving Record. - Ability to Pass Post-Offer Background Investigation and Licensing Requirements Per Applicable Law.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs. - Ability to climb ladders up to 14 feet, including carrying tools. - Comfortable bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.

Skills
