Field Service Engineer Location: Phoenix, AZ Job Type: Direct Hire Salary: $70,000-$80,000/year Travel: Approximately 75% Position Overview We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment at customer sites. The ideal candidate has hands-on mechanical skills and experience servicing industrial machinery. Responsibilities Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot machinery.Perform equipment upgrades and assist with system setup.Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance.Document service activities and communicate technical issues.Provide excellent customer support. Qualifications Field service experience with industrial machinery or automated equipment.Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills; electrical knowledge is a plus.Engineering degree preferred, but not required.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to travel approximately 75% and occasionally work weekends. Travel & Compensation Salary position with mileage reimbursement for personal vehicle use.Rental cars provided for qualifying trips away from the local area.$70 daily meal per diem when traveling more than 150 miles from home.$250 stipend for weekend travel.
