Essential Functions
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on paving equipment.
- Assist in the installation and removal of paving materials.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project success.

- Proficient in operating paving machinery.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- At least 2 years of related experience in construction or related field.
