Field Service Mechanic
About the role
PIRTEK is hiring a Hose Installation Technician (Field Service) to service, assemble, and install hoses for a diverse customer base, including manufacturing, construction, and rental companies. As a Field Service Technician, you will operate a purpose-built mobile hose workshop/van, carry out service calls in the local area, and develop relationships with new and existing customers. Successful candidates will be fully trained to operate a PIRTEK service truck equipped with specialized tools for fabricating flexible hose assemblies on-site.

A company vehicle will be provided for work-related travel.
Responsibilities
- Service, assemble, and install hoses on a wide range of machines
- Carry out service calls in the local area
- Develop relationships with new and existing customers
- Be available for on-call shifts during nights, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Mechanically inclined
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude and self-motivated
- Clean driving record (no more than 3 violations in the last 3 years)
