Responsibilities
- Covers coordination, monitoring, and improvement of field service activities.
- Supports and guides service personnel in performing on-site services such as installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Ensures that field services are effective and meet customer requirements.
- Provides direction and leadership to achieve professional technical services, profitability, and quality standards.
- Works with store services managers and parts personnel to provide timely support for field service technicians.
- Maintains an adequate and appropriate staff of qualified, trained, and customer-oriented service technicians.
- Maintains customer contacts to ensure a good working relationship and promote customer service.
- Responsible for all warranty performed in the field to ensure fair and equitable treatment of the customer and the company.
- Optimizes warranty reimbursement from vendors.
- Interacts with field service personnel in repair circumstances and provides the instruction and coaching necessary to develop diagnostic, safe, clean, efficient, and effective high-quality work.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent customer relations skills.
- People management experience required.
- Fleet management knowledge essential.
- Good computer and systems knowledge.
- 3-5 years of related experience in a dealership environment.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.
- Prior experience as a service writer with dispatch experience essential.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required.

Schedule
Full-time position.
Pay
$60,000- $70,000/year depending on experience plus quarterly bonus.
