Responsibilities
- Serves as the service center designee, assuming responsibilities of the person in charge in the absence of service center management.
- Oversight of local business operations, including metrics and required use of outside labor.
- Daily disposition of work to other team members.
- Supports service center employees in executing operational protocols and processes.
- Supports customers, including patients and hospital staff, providing superior customer service and customer-centric solutions.
- Executes customer training on products and processes as appropriate.
- Organizes, allocates, and executes work tasks to meet customer expected timeframes.
- Ensures timely and accurate order management using company issued computers and electronic equipment.
- Obtains and evaluates all information regarding service and product inquiries and provides prompt responses and appropriate follow-up.
- Safely operates a company vehicle for equipment delivery, retrieval, and onsite customer service.
- Prepares best-in-class medical device equipment, disposables, and documentation processing for delivery.
- Performs and coordinates inventory control on assets, parts, disposables, and supplies.
- Contacts customers regarding coordination of delivery and retrieval return of products.
- Accurately prepares, picks, packs, ships, and receives inbound and outbound shipments using third-party partners.
- Ensures a clean, orderly, and safe working environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or higher
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a customer-facing or service-related field
- Current, valid Driver’s License
Skills and expertise
- Ability to work non-traditional work schedules, including evenings, weekends, and participate in on-call duties
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office & iOS applications
- Strong communication and time management skills

Pay
The expected compensation range for this position is $51,760 - $71,170, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
Schedule
May include up to 75% domestic travel, including potential for meetings or other business functions that require commercial air travel.
Relocation
Relocation assistance is not authorized.
Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
Company Vehicle
This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.
