Key Responsibilities

• Manage technical projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Carry out risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications

• Typically a University degree (or equivalent work experience) and at least 5–7 years of relevant experience (or equivalent skills) are minimally required to carry out the role.
• Required Skills: Strong project management and engineering skills. Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting. Effective communication and leadership abilities. Experience in cross-functional collaboration. Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
