Field Service Engineers

About the role

We are currently accepting candidates for Field Service Engineers (FSE) in the greater Austin, TX area for an upcoming sizable and long-term/ongoing customer project in the Solar Cell manufacturing segment of our business. This is a full-time exempt position reporting to the VP, Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer on-site equipment installation
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in a customer service-oriented, fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with automated machinery
• 2 or 4-year technology or electronics degree (preferred)
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical issues
• Professional communication skills and a strong customer service orientation
