The Field Service Engineer III is a technical expert capable of providing advanced support in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our products in the field. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong technical background and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Field Service Operations

• C Conduct on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs of complex systems and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Provide advanced technical support to customers and address inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions.

Training and Knowledge Transfer

• Train and mentor junior field service engineers, sharing technical expertise and best practices.
• Develop and deliver training programs for customers to enhance their understanding of our products.

Technical Documentation

• Create and maintain accurate and detailed technical documentation, including service reports, troubleshooting guides, and installation manuals.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, providing insights and feedback for continuous improvement.

Collaboration with R&D

• Work closely with the Research and Development team to provide feedback on product performance, contributing to product improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate on the testing and validation of new products before market release.

Continuous Learning

• Stay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and product updates.
• Participate in training programs and certifications to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

How will you get here?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer, with a focus on advanced technical support.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
