Responsibilities
- System installation, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment at customer sites
- Support the production department with assembly and troubleshooting during offsite periods
- Receive intensive training and education to support job responsibilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science
- Able to travel for extended periods of time (typically 1-3 weeks at a time)
- Electronics knowledge and PCB troubleshooting skills (desirable but not required)
- Able to read schematics and CAD drawings
- Ability to work well in a team
- Problem-solving skills with attention to details
- Experience in gas flow control and data collection (desirable but not required)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good people skills
- Able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Qualifications
- Full-time employees are eligible for benefits after completing a three-month trial period
Skills
- Diffusion/LPCVD equipment installation, repair, and service
- PCB electronics and controller troubleshooting
- Gas panel and gas loop plumbing
- Mechanical and electrical assembly when not in the field
