About the role
The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to customers in the field. This includes troubleshooting equipment issues, performing routine maintenance tasks, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to field equipment
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on assigned equipment
- Document service activities and provide reports to supervisors
- Communicate effectively with customers to address their needs and concerns
- Travel to customer sites as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar field
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
