About the role
The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to customers in their field locations.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to equipment and systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
- Document all service activities and provide regular reports to supervisors.
- Travel to various customer sites as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
- Technical knowledge of relevant equipment and systems.
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical principles.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools.

Pay
$50,000 - $60,000 annually based on experience.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
