Position Summary Creates, tracks and oversees projects and financials for Field Service/ Resident System Support (RSS) Departments Oversees projects from creation to closureTrack project costs and budget requirementsCreate invoices and complete Customer requested submissionSet up and host meetings as needed in support of departmental/ projects financial supportProvide back-up support for the Technical Support CoordinatorIssue POs to Subcontractors for service and partsCross training and other responsibilities as needed and directed by ManagementBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceComputer skills including MS Office, Excel, SAP a strong plusStrong verbal and written communicationAbility to read and decipher complex job requestsHigh level of problem-solving skillsAbility to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and deadlinesSelf-motivated with a strong work ethic Salary Range $50,000.00-$55,000.00 USD $50,000.00 USD $55,000.00
