Field Sales Support Associate
Responsibilities
- Covers coordination and support for branch office, marketing, meetings, events, and branch-wide contests, including arranging conference rooms and catering as needed.
- Supports tracking and manual follow-up of sales activities to aid management in achieving current results and improving future event planning and productivity.
- Updates and organizes routine information for inclusion in huddle boards to communicate metrics across multiple branch offices.
- Prepares charts, graphs, and presentations of varying complexity using Excel, Micro Strategy, and other Company systems.
- Runs key performance indicator data and communicates results to relevant stakeholders.
- Supports compliance-related tasks such as application compliance, data accuracy, binder control, and other compliance-related controls as needed.
- Provides office management support including handling accounts payable requests, managing equipment inventory, monitoring supply expenditures, and performing other duties as requested.
Qualifications
- Effective organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to apply administrative, analytical, and communication skills to gain a deeper understanding of business operations.
- Proficiency with software applications like MS Office to create exhibits, presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and marketing materials.
- Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a support role, with an emphasis on organizational, analytical, or marketing functions.
