Part-Time Field Sales Representative– Group Presentations & Events

  • Location: San Diego, CALos Angeles County CAInland Empire, CAAnaheim, CAHuntington Beach, CA Long Beach, CANorth Los Angeles, CASan Gabriel Valley, CASacramento, CA San Jose, CAOrange County, CA
  • Job Summary: Deliver engaging presentations to small groups at local firearms ranges, stores, and training facilities. Answer questions, overcome objections, and confidently guide prospects to a decision. Communicate the U.S. LawShield mission: Educate. Prepare. Protect.™ Process new member enrollments efficiently and accurately. Represent the brand with professionalism and genuine enthusiasm.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Deliver engaging presentations to small groups at local firearms ranges, stores, and training facilities.
    • Answer questions, overcome objections, and confidently guide prospects to a decision.
    • Communicate the U.S. LawShield mission: Educate. Prepare. Protect.™
    • Process new member enrollments efficiently and accurately.
    • Represent the brand with professionalism and genuine enthusiasm.
  • Requirements:
    • Strong presentation and closing skills with the ability to guide small groups effectively.
    • Deep passion for firearms, self-defense education, and the 2nd Amendment.
    • Competitive drive, self-initiative, and a winning mindset.
    • Tech proficiency under pressure (PowerPoint, apps, troubleshooting).
    • Willingness to obtain your Property & Casualty license (paid by us).
  • What We’re Looking For:
    • Top performers build very lucrative part-time or full-time income.
    • Consistent presenters typically make $2,000+ per month (and significantly more) with just 10–20 focused hours per week.
    • Compensation & Growth: Above-average earnings with unlimited commission — no cap on what you can earn.
    • Top performers receive priority for full-time positions.

Schedule

The schedule is flexible, centered primarily on weekends and gun shows, with weekday events consistently available. Consistent availability and reliability are essential — the more events you commit to, the greater your income and growth potential.

Pay

Above-average earnings with unlimited commission — no cap on what you can earn. Consistent presenters typically make $2,000+ per month (and significantly more) with just 10–20 focused hours per week.
