Field Sales Representative

The Pittsburgh Paints Company is seeking a motivated Part-Time Field Sales Representative to grow our Glidden business within a Home Depot territory. You will work directly with contractors, DIY customers, and Home Depot teams to increase product sales and expand business in the Detroit, MI territory.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by engaging Pro contractors and DIY customers in Home Depot stores
• Build strong relationships with Home Depot store leadership and associates
• Train store teams on Glidden and Olympic paint products
• Identify sales opportunities and grow accounts within your territory
• Use CRM tools to track activity and manage your territory

Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship (now or in the future)

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $20–$24 with incentives.
