Field Sales Representative

Sign-on Bonus: $5,000 for the program running April 1st – September 30th. Payout structure: $2,500 after month 7 and $2,500 after month 12.

New Field Sales Representatives earn between $62,900 to $100,000, including base salary and uncapped commission. Individual starting salary may vary based on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Earnings depend on meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face and voice of AT&T, working independently to deliver personalized sales interactions during scheduled in-home appointments.
• Close sales by offering hands-on demonstrations, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions to keep customers connected.
• Engage daily with existing AT&T customers using scheduled appointments provided by the company.
• Leverage strong negotiation and communication skills to build rapport, upsell, and drive sales.

Requirements

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency in upselling techniques to enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license; ready to drive a company vehicle for official business use only.
• Work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet customer timelines.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record.

Schedule

• Full-time: 40 hours per week.
