About the role

The Field Sales Professional plays a crucial role in Humana’s Primary Care Organization, specifically within the CenterWell and Conviva brands. This position is part of the growth team dedicated to introducing community partners and seniors to the value our primary care centers offer.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage community events to introduce our brand and share our unique model of care.
• Sign up seniors for appointments with physicians or capture visitor information to build a base of prospective patients.
• Follow up with leads to cultivate and close them.
• Build strong relationships with community partners to support their efforts in serving seniors.
• Host health and well-being events inside primary care centers, often collaborating with a care team member.
• Document all interactions with prospects in the Salesforce tool.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure events and activities are documented for promotional use.
• Occasionally work evenings and weekends as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Demonstrated understanding of and ability to sell in a dynamic and changing healthcare environment.
• Experience utilizing a CRM (e.g. Salesforce) to track and manage leads and outcomes.
• Able to communicate clearly, impactfully, and effectively.
• Effective in a team-based environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish.
• Managed Health Care experience focusing on our Medicare population.
