About the role
The Field Safety Manager is responsible for ensuring a safe work environment for all employees in commercial construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
- Train employees on safety protocols
- Respond to and investigate workplace accidents
- Coordinate with local health and safety agencies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in safety management in construction
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- First aid and CPR certification
- Experience with safety equipment and tools
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
$70,000 - $80,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
