Essential Job Functions

• Supporting patient access and minimizing reimbursement barriers for Inspire devices.
• Building relationships with providers, ASCs, hospitals, and other stakeholders.
• Engaging with new accounts for billing and coding training, audits, and program reviews.
• Navigating and addressing reimbursement issues with external and internal stakeholders.
• Developing reimbursement presentations and collaborating on strategic priorities.
• Maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or healthcare administration.
• 7+ years of experience in reimbursement/market access, with successful experience with complex insurance payer claims.
• Demonstrated knowledge in coding, coverage, and payment for implantable medical devices.
• Experience engaging with healthcare providers in multiple settings.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel and manage additional responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Implantable medical device experience.
• Coding certification (CPC, COC).

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $160,000 to $190,000 USD. Benefits include:
