Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the company and Alliance sales teams to provide subject matter expertise on reimbursement
- Develop and implement strategic tactical plans for Alliance products access and reimbursement
- Educate physician offices on coverage of Alliance products in coordination with field sales
- Maintain knowledge of the local and national payer landscape for assigned products
- Build relationships with healthcare provider offices to resolve coverage issues
- Ensure team knowledge remains top-notch regarding access and reimbursement in relevant therapeutic areas
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, with 5+ years in pharmaceuticals or self-injectables
- At least 2 years of reimbursement experience mandatory
- Experience with Specialty Pharmacy networks is essential
- Prominent collaboration and proactive communication skills needed
- Leadership and cross-functional partnership experience beneficial
- Understanding of various payer sectors, including Government and Managed Care
- Knowledge of Integrated Delivery Networks and CMS policies preferred
