Field Reimbursement Manager (Dermatology) - Charlotte, NC

For our client, we are seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager (Dermatology) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will focus on helping healthcare providers navigate access and reimbursement pathways for dermatology treatments. The position partners closely with sales teams and external stakeholders to remove coverage barriers, strengthen payer understanding, and support patient access to therapies. It will also require strong knowledge of managed care, specialty pharmacy networks, and utilization management processes in a fast-moving commercial environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $165,600 – $209,600 annually Responsibilities Collaborate with sales teams as a payer subject matter expert Develop and implement access and reimbursement strategies Educate physician offices on coverage of alliance products Stay updated on payer landscape and Utilization Management criteria Build relationships to resolve payer coverage issues Maintain training to ensure industry-leading knowledge Support healthcare providers with product access initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Minimum 5 years in pharmaceuticals/self-injectable biologics 2 years of reimbursement experience Experience with Specialty Pharmacy networks Strong collaboration and communication skills Background in leadership and cross-functional partnership Knowledge of commercial insurers and managed care sectors Benefits Field-based role with four days in the field Collaboration with top-tier sales organizations Opportunities for strategic planning and execution Engagement with multiple healthcare stakeholders Focus on access and reimbursement expertise Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
