About the role

This role leads technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation within a life sciences environment. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities.

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct office visits to support patient access to the company’s products.
  • Resolve patient coverage and reimbursement issues in collaboration with patient services.
  • Educate healthcare staff on the company’s patient services and processes.
  • Liaise with CrinetiCARE and specialty pharmacy networks.
  • Provide reimbursement leadership to the internal sales team.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance patient experiences.
  • Develop and deliver training to various stakeholders on reimbursement topics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 12 years’ experience in healthcare and/or pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
  • Clinical expertise in complex/rare diseases and reimbursement processes.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of third-party payers and prior authorization processes.
  • Technical proficiency with digital tools, including iPad and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and respond with urgency.

Pay

$162,000 – $203,000 annually.
