About the role
This role leads technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation within a life sciences environment. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities.
Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Conduct office visits to support patient access to the company’s products.
- Resolve patient coverage and reimbursement issues in collaboration with patient services.
- Educate healthcare staff on the company’s patient services and processes.
- Liaise with CrinetiCARE and specialty pharmacy networks.
- Provide reimbursement leadership to the internal sales team.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance patient experiences.
- Develop and deliver training to various stakeholders on reimbursement topics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 12 years’ experience in healthcare and/or pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
- Clinical expertise in complex/rare diseases and reimbursement processes.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of third-party payers and prior authorization processes.
- Technical proficiency with digital tools, including iPad and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and respond with urgency.
Pay
$162,000 – $203,000 annually.
