Field Reimbursement Liaison - MidAtlantic

For our client, we are seeking a Field Reimbursement Liaison - MidAtlantic to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This remote role will serve as a key resource to support healthcare providers and internal partners with patient access, reimbursement, and coverage challenges. The position is focused on improving the reimbursement experience for patients with complex and rare diseases while helping field teams navigate payer requirements and office-level processes. The successful candidate will collaborate across functions to strengthen access support, educate office staff, and streamline reimbursement workflows across the MidAtlantic region. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $162,000 – $203,000 annually Responsibilities Conduct office visits with healthcare providers to assist with access and reimbursement issues Resolve patient coverage and reimbursement issues in accordance with policy Educate office staff on the company's patient services programs Collaborate with specialty pharmacies Provide strategic support to the internal sales team on reimbursement issues Implement process improvements to enhance the patient experience Maintain expertise on the reimbursement landscape and payer policies Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 12+ years of experience in healthcare, pharma, or biotech Clinical knowledge in complex or rare diseases Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with third-party payers and case management Expertise in using iPad and Microsoft Office Suite Demonstrated time management and prioritization abilities Experience with functional and cross-functional teamwork Benefits Comprehensive health insurance plans including medical, dental, and vision 20 days of PTO plus 10 paid holidays 401k matching and stock options Discretionary annual target bonus Car allowance for travel Winter company shutdown policy Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
