Field Registered Nurse

About the Role

Boost Home Healthcare is dedicated to helping patients focus on recovery and wellness by personalizing and coordinating care. As a Field Registered Nurse (Field RN), you will administer skilled nursing care to patients on an intermittent basis in their residence, following physician orders and the plan of care under the direction of the Director of Patient Care Services.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Make the initial evaluation visit and regularly reevaluate the patient’s nursing needs.
• Meet daily productivity standards.
• Initiate the plan of care and necessary revisions.
• Provide services requiring substantial specialized nursing skills.
• Initiate appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
• Prepare clinical and progress notes for each patient visit and summaries of care conferences in a timely manner.

What We’re Looking For

• A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current registered nurse license in the state of the job posting.
• Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience in a home health setting.
• Current BLS certification.
• Access to reliable transportation.
