Responsibilities

• Support field operations by overseeing the implementation and compliance of Michels’ QA/QC programs in the field.
• Conduct on-site inspections and perform routine assessments to ensure work meets quality expectations, project specifications, and industry standards.
• Work independently and maintain strong attention to detail while performing effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years or more of QA/QC experience within Pipeline industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven, and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team.
• Related Industry Certifications such as AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI), AMPP Coating Inspector (Level 1 – 3) (desired).
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, isometrics, and specifications (desired).
