Field Project Manager

About the role

Drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. Work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. Bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads interdisciplinary teams of project professionals and manages their work effort
• Prepares work plans based on customer scope of work packages
• Develops risk management plan for each assigned project in collaboration with the Risk Specialist
• Ensures assigned personnel engage in safe work practices
• Makes decisions regarding long-range planning, scheduling, budgeting, work priorities, and personnel
• Ensures project deliverables meet contractual requirements and customer expectations
• Negotiates changes to the scope of work with the client and key subcontractors

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical or construction-related field (or equivalent experience accepted)
• 10+ years of related work experience on large scale programs
• 3+ years in a leadership role at a field site
• Project Management Certification (PMP) preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of engineering and construction processes

Pay

$103,500 – $181,100 annually
